After reviewing the basics, we’ll send over an IOI with a proposed valuation range and deal structure. It’s a high-level, non-binding sign that we are serious and thoughtful about the opportunity.

Once we are aligned, we move forward with an LOI. This includes the main terms of the deal, establishes binding exclusivity for a fixed period, and sets the stage for confirmatory diligence.
